Solution We are sorry for the recent auto close emails to your inbox. These are the auto closure emails to all of your tickets submitted to the help desk in the past, due to a software update all your tickets are auto closing instead of manual closure.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to rectify the problem ASAP.

Please delete the auto close emails thank you.
